Hi,
A while ago I bought the Hercules rmx 2, as a soundcard actually.
WIth the controller came Virtual DJ LE.
I had an lot of fun using the free version. So I bought the Pro all in.
For a while, that worked for me, but mixing videoclips was to heavy on my laptop, so I went and bought another laptop.
A few days ago I bought an ASUS i9 16gb windows 11 laptop and installed everything I need.
Now virtual DJ won't see my controller WTF?!!

well, thanks dad for the quick reply.
I uninstalled the driver (2023) then opened the exe file as an administrator.
Restarted the laptop and opened up virtual dj.
It has the audio, but no midi, so no control

Follow Hercules instructions https://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00442.pdf to ensure the device is properly detected as a MIDI device
Also this may help : https://ts.hercules.com/faqs/eng/her_eng_00441.pdf
If not, you could try a different USB port/cable or even a USB hub
Edit, i just saw your latest screenshots. Windows see the sound card and use the WASAPI native driver, but if the Hercules Driver was properly installed, you should see the Hercules RMX2 ASIO driver.
