Ok the problem was solved by Greek forum

The solution was to set both SamplerIndependentDeckBanks and SamplerSpanAcrossDecks to No (and restart VDJ).

I am also having issues with my sampler
When i trigger some samples it records and begins playing a loop of whatever song is on the deck

My settings are as below
 
Same here, the layout on the berigher pads doesn't respond to the same buttons as it did on the laptop. It's now a mess and I can't figure out why.
