Topic: Can't find local files after update.
So, I bought a new computer and transferred all my music and samples to the new computer. I downloaded and installed the prog, but for the life of me can't figure out how to find my local files, and there seems to be no clear options of resolving this problem. Even chat gbt is stumped, and giving me old info. My file permissions are fine as well.

I simply avoided the problem and have been using Serrato, but I miss my vdj... Help...

What do you mean by "local files" ?
If you're trying to locate VirtualDJ's "home" folder then it's no longer on Documents, but it's inside AppData instead.
To Locate the folder, open VirtualDJ settings, click on options tab on the left, and then click the cog icon on the bottom right corner of the settings window.
 
 
Maybe there should be a more prominent way of finding the home folder as between Facebook and here this question is asked several times a day.
