This is strange, connected the Prime Go+ to my DJ machine (which is still running build 8350 as I needed the old sampler for new years eve) and there is no screen display at all.
Also it doesn't let me select the Denon ASIO on the auto sound config, it's greyed out. I've reinstalled the Denon drivers but still the same.
The two files are present in the plugin64 folder and also the screen zip is downloaded too.
Any idea what the issue could be as it was working fine previously.

Must be the known drivers intallation issue.
Follow this https://support.inmusicstore.com/en/support/solutions/articles/69000832269-numark-mixstream-pro-driver-will-not-install and then reinstall the Denon driver

Hi Babis, all the drivers were still installed correctly so no issue there.
I auto updated the machine to VDJ 2025 (8462) and it suddenly just started working again, no idea what the issue could have been.
