Topic: Per song sampler not working
Hi,
When I try to Edit a sample that is loaded into the Per-Song sampler none of the parameters I changed are saved.
I re-open the edit page and all the settings are back to default.
I can't set a sample to loop, change bpm or assign to group ect.

Where are you trying to edit? In the sideview on the right?

Unfortunately there are restrictions, and you have to edit in the central browser window for it to stick.

I think it's a bad limitation and I've mentioned it before, but.....

Atomix, if you're not going to allow editing in the sideview, maybe remove the edit buttons, so it's not confusing people.
 
Thanks for your reply. I'm editing from the middle screen on the bottom.
It works fine if I make a normal sampler bank. Just seems to be the per song bank
Forgot to mention I'm on a Mac
 
Tried to reproduce, but it remembers the changes I made here, both when sample editor opened from browser, or from sideview

Strange. It happens on both my M1/M2 Mac laptops.
Did you definitely test on the per-song sampler?
 
Also In the Per-song sampler I can't drag samples onto the boxes on the sideview on the right.nothing happens when I let go of the mouse button
 
Drag&Drop was indeed not working in the per-song bank, will fix.
But opening the sample editor, making changes and saving them works fine for me.

Just updated to B8516. It works now. Yay
