When hosting karaoke while singer is performing on one deck, I search and place track on second deck and the volume drops on the track thats playing putting singer off.
Any ideas why this would happen, I'm using a Behringer mixer

Incorrect sound setup perhaps, where the headphones are also routed to the speakers
