Has there been a change in the implementation of the video/audio decoder since BUILD 8645?
The following video file works fine with 8615, but freezes frequently with 8645/8678.

I plan to re-encode this file since most other files work fine, but it would be appreciated if you could check it.
Win10 / CPU:Intel 9750H / GPU:NVIDIA GeForce 2070 (driver:566.36)

Will fix, although it looks like it is a problem with the video encoding as well.
The header and frame lengths claim to be 1000 fps, even though the video is actually only 60 fps.
Also decoding interlaced video doesn't use hardware acceleration, so it would be a good idea to re-encode as progressive too.

I understand that the current ver. cannot be played due to an inappropriate fps value.
*I didn't know that Interlaced video does not use hardware accelaration.
thanks Adion!
