PC or Mac?
With or without DJ Extension?
I'm using a Mac and Tidal + DJ Extension with no problems.
I have an offline Cache with over 500 tunes built up over the last year, and all still work fine.

I'm having this issue on my Windows 7 desktop with Build 8336. I have some really cool old skins that don't work right on my newer laptop, and I have a mixer that uses firewire I wanted to try. The Tidal login says on the browser that it worked, but then in VDJ on the desktop it says Login Failed. I checked the host file in that Windows Etc folder, and it looks fine. I also checked firewall permissions. Maybe Tidal just won't authenticate on older VDJ anymore? It's been a long time since I'd bothered with VDJ until just recently when trying to get better sound on the new Denon gear. In the meantime, I will go back to the laptop.

Maybe it's the age of your OS that's the issue. Can you log in to Tidal in any other software with Windows 7?

Yes, no problem in browser or in the Tidal app on the desktop computer.
I also notice now that VDJ 2020 on the desktop won't even download tutorials or new skins & mappings.
I am clearly logged into my VDJ account within VDJ 2020, though.
