Topic: Problem to recognize certain filename
Hello, today I ran into this problem:
On vdj status bar for a determinate folder I can see a certain number of file, eg. 835.
But if I open by file explore the same folder I see files are 840.
So my suspect fall into filename and in finally for one track I find that into filename are present double single quote without spaces in the middle( ' ' ) (eg: 12'').
So for a try, I have change the filename from " 12'' " into "12 inches";
VDJ recognize the new name without issue and status report 836 files/tracks.

Unlucky this is the only case that I really fix... And I still "lost" the other 3 tracks yet....

So my question, anyone know what limit have VDJ about char into filename?
I mean which are the char that i must avoid into filename so VDJ can recognize the track?

Or it's a regerssion ?

Are you on a MAC ?

Usually MACs are picky on "invalid" chars on the filename.

but no, I am on Windows and I am pretty sure that this not happens on previous version....
