Hello, I bought a Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 to use two stereo decks, but nothing is working in stereo—only Deck 1.
When I go to the audio settings, select "Split Deck 1," and choose the Scarlett 4i4 with channels 1 & 2 for stereo sound, it works; however, there is no output for Deck 2. Even after configuring everything in Focusrite Control 2, nothing seems to be reaching the Scarlett 4i4.

A screenshot of your VirtualDJ audio configuration while trying to use the Scarlett would help a lot.
Generally speaking, you should use channels 1+2 for master (or deck 1 if you use an external hardware mixer setup) and channels 3+4 for headphones (or deck 2)
