Subject: Feature Request: Deck-Specific Auto Pitch Lock & Smoother Beat Lock Controls
Hello VirtualDJ Development Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to share a couple of feature suggestions based on practical use to help improve the software's flexibility and workflow:
Independent/Deck-Specific Auto Pitch Lock:
Currently, Auto Pitch Lock applies as a global setting across all decks. It would be extremely helpful to allow pitch lock to be enabled or disabled per deck independently. Many DJs do not always want pitch locking applied globally, and having deck-specific control would offer much greater flexibility depending on how a track is being mixed.
Smoother/More Flexible Beat Lock Control:
While the Beat Lock feature is fantastic, it can sometimes feel a bit too rigid or aggressive during live mixing. When enabled, it makes it difficult to manually nudge or adjust a track slightly relative to the master track for fine tuning. A smoother transition, or an option to allow slight manual nudging/pitch-bending while Beat Lock is active, would make beat-matching feel much more natural.
