but i have not used any hardware... my experience began with atomix and now i switch between this and virtual dj..
how do u manually match beats..
any other tips and tricks of the trade are welcomed..

It's a fairly simple concept. It takes a bit of time and practice to master. You'll definately need the full version to be able to manually beat match. You have to be able to listen to the "entering" track in the headphone with about a half an ear, while listening to the main output with the other ear & 1/2. Get the full version, and ask again for a more detailed explanation.
