The software only allows 10 favorites to be added to the menu.
After the 10th, all new folders chosen as "set as favorite" will instead replace the 10th entry.

Its not a bug... its a feature.
Not only in 3.01, it was always a 10 favorites limit.
(tip) go to the registry, you can change the order of the favorite folders...
