i have virtual dj with maya 44 usb on 2 channel, those channels go to my mixer
then i want to connect the rec out of my mixer with the maya inputs and record with for example: audiacity
is that possible? and can some quick explain how i do this?

Yes it's possible but you need a second soundcard. Run the record/booth out of your mixer into the second soundcard and record with whatever program you'd like. I use a simple soundblaster card for recording and the Maya to interact with TCV's. You also need the full program not the demo.
