Hi!
I've just bought the Hercules DJ Control MP3 and I get the following "inverse situation" when I follow the Manual "Addendum Instructions" which ask me to plug the headphones on the rear speakers jack:
I hear the music on my headphones and when I press the "headphones button" I hear the music on the front speakers.
This is what I have:
- Creative Soundblater Audigy 2 ZS
- 4.1 Speakers
Please note that the respective jacks on the sound board are as follows:
- Line Out 2 jack (LIN_OUT2) connects to Rear Left, Rear Right, and Side Right (only on 7.1 systems) inputs on powered analog speakers or an external amplifier.
- Line Out 1 jack (LIN_OUT1) connects to Front Left and Front Right inputs on powered analog speakers or an external amplifier. Also supports headphones.
I'm stuck!
Please advise.

Have you verified the settings of the 4.1 in Windows. I mean i guess only 2.1 is activated

Thanks for helping out...
My story turned out ok.
I remembered that my motherboard had a 7.1 sound board included but I had deactivated it beacuse I have the Soundblaster Audigy board...
But I activated the onboard sound card and now the problem is solved since I got 2 sound boards.
It's sure better this way!
I'm back to mixing some vibes...
