Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

Hi Guys

Having a bit of an issue with the global database in 3.2 whenever i try and add a track from it to a player it errors!

Getting quite annoying now if anyone has a fix it'd be most welcome.

Regards
Paul

You are streaming or have downloaded the tracks? And you put your log in and password in the proper fields?
You are paying $14 .95 per month and are able to download from their site with no troubles?

Hi guys, sorry to reply to such an old thread, but it seemed relevant to my problem...

I have napster to go up and running on my computer, which works fine in its own right, but i'm having some trouble running it within vdj, ie the global database window. Occasionally, I can search a track within the global database, and it will load and play just fine, but more often than not I just get "error" in the player display. I don't think this is a payment issue, as I'm free to download the same tracks when using the napster software. Also, how does the "download" option work in the global database? When you load a track, is it saved automatically somewhere for later use, or do I have to download it manually? Where are they saved to, as there's no option to download to a particular location?

( And heaven forbid that I'd ask questions about v.4, I know it tends to annoy people, but any chance of a more in-depth user manual? )

i have a problem where the napster global database seems to time out. then i have to exit vdj and restart it and it works again. this of course is a p.i.t.a. since i lose my red "already played" indicators and have to play a cd or something while im restarting.

I can't get it working either despite it working perfectly within the Napster player. This is with the latest (4.1) version of VDJ and I subscribed to Napster today. Does anyone else use this feature? I'm DJing at a house party tonight and it would be a great feature to show off if it worked....
