I have a soundcard m-audio quattro (4 in/out) USB, and use virtualdj trial with TCVs. I am having problems with Lags while I do scratches with TCVs. The Problem is because I have a soundcard USB ? (Soundcards USB can generate lags ? someone has soundcard Maya44 USB and has that problem ?) or because my CPU is inferior ? my CPU is:
AMD ATHLON 1.1 GHZ
768 MB
VIDEO ONBOARD
WIN XP SP2
scratches stay outside and much delay in time (LAGS)
Thanks

By "lags" you mean delay, latency ?
For low latency you need to setup virtual dj in "Asio TC Low latency" mode.
I'm not sure if this supported in the trial version, (someone else can tell ?)
Then you'll have the latency set in quattro's asio control panel.
Quattro is simillar to the maya 44usb, although its an old card and has some problems, but it should work with the full version of virtual dj.
Athlon 1.1 is maybe litlle slow, but not very much. you have good chances to make it work good enough with the full version.

The processor AMD 1.1 is to low... I think the problem is there.

I'm using the M-audio Quattro USB with Virtual DJ and timecoded vinyls... You have to be very careful always plugging the card to the same USB port otherwise the driver mess up and you get unwanted latency..
If you remove all the automatic tempo/beat match options, Athlon 1.1 should be enough power to use this!!
