hello,
when i started the program it stated that there is a update and would i like to install. i said yes which then took me to the website where i had to register. i have the version that came with the hercules dj console. when i tried to apply the controller version to my profile it says that it cannot detect and i should disable any firewalls and try again.
i have a router with a hardware firewall. i opened it up to the web (dmz hosting) and still got the error. is there a certain port that needs to be opened so that the website can see the program. or better yet can you just make it available for download since i cannot register the program with my profile? Thanks in advance.

you must detect you dj console in your profile if you have dj console 1.
or you must enter your serial number of Dj console mk2 in your profile.
