I am a user of virtual dj for a couple of years now and I've just bought the Gemini ps-02 usb. But I'm unable to configure it to get on two different lines on this mixer....could you help please!!!! It's an emergency because I'msupposed to mix this thursday night with it!!!!!

If it is an emergency, buy VDJ Pro ($149 usd) and then you could have this running like it should do. The current VirtualDJ version is 3.3.
If you was use it a "couple" of year then I think it's time to buy it. The solution is here and is available to professional register users.
If you buy it, I give you the support in spanish and in Mexico too. By thursday you will have this setup running... :-)

I just purchased Virtual DJ Pro because I had the free version and my external controller would only work for ten minutes. Now that I have PRO I can't seem to get it to work at all.
