Go to Modify my profile.....
Change your 1st name to whatever you want your name to appear as
Hit Submit at the bottom of the page
Your done.

thats only the profile name(welcome XXXXXX) not the registered account name(Ex.egradio), i dont think there is a way unless the vdj gods can assist.
