I have downloaded a trial copy of 3.2 and I am getting pretty good at the mixing bit ... I have just one question. Why does the track that is busy playing "slow down" when I drag and drop the second track to the other deck for mixing .... You know ... It sounds like you put your finger on the track is playing for about a second or so .... Then things normalise and you can cary on with the mixing. I mix trance tracks so this "draging" sound is seriously anoying specialy when you mix very complex emotional tracks.
Is this problem just because it's trial software?
I use a Pentium 4 2.8Ghz system with 2Gb of RAM ( Deuel Channel ) so it's a fairly serious piece of hardware ...
I am not going to spend any money on the full version if this problem persists
I plan on using the software for mixing CD's and there is no way that I can have "dragging" sounds on them ....

You have to scan your songs before using it for fast drag'n'drop

Yes ... I analized the tracks before using it to get the BPM count. I try not change the pitch of the tracks to much.
