If I have anylized my folders & I add new music to it will it anylize the entire folder again?? Or will it analyze the new music only?

no all you have to do is just anylize the song you just put in, you don't have to anylize the whole folder again.you will loose all your bpms if you anylyze the whole folder again and cues
