i just got maya sound card. im getting 100% latency on both deck's but left one sometimes doesnt have sound or sound very harsh. I dont know why...

100% Latency?... I think you meant 100% signal... Your cables are ok? if you swap the connections between Deck 1 and 2 you got the same result in the same channel??
