Hey guys...need some help...PLEASE!
I'm just transferring songs between my two machines and analysing them and on this machine (my home pc) it's fine, but when I analyse them on my gig machine, after like analysing 6 or 7 tunes, the computer restarts itself, and creates a minidump file which I can't find anything on.
I've got no idea what's causing this.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP? I'VE GOT A GIG TOMORROW MORNING!!!

Home Pc: Celeron 1.2 ghz
768 mb sdram
Geforce Video
Virtual DJ 3.4
5.1 soundcard
Gig machine
Athlon 1100 mhz
512 ddr ram
geforce video fx 5200 128 mb ram
vdj 3.1
5.1 soundcard
I've not had problems like this for ages.

computer restarts???? with the same song collection?
i think there is something wrong with windows.
It restart even if you run another program? maybe WMP or anything else, maybe Word? If so, check for viruses.

Probably a driver or hardware issue. Turn on Windows STOP ERROR messages and write down carefully what information is displayed.
Rightclick My Computer and select Properties. Select Advanced and then Settings from Setup and Recovery. Untick Automatically Restart from System Failure.

Why don't you transfer your songs with the same folder path as on the previous machine, than also transfer the database, so you won't need to reanalyze.
