VirtualDJ - I need to RE-download version 3.3 DJC update IMMEDIATELY! (it)

I am having the same problem as the one described by the member in the thread linked below.

I need to re-download version 3.3 of Virtual DJ [DJConsole] IMMEDIATELY, and I keep getting the message that indicates that I have already [previously] downloaded it.

I know that I had, but I had downloaded it on a computer that I have since traded in for a better one, therefore I need to re-download it as I have now re-installed my Virtual DJC software on the new computer and now NEED the latest version.

Please fix this IMMEDIATELY and thank you.

You have already downloaded the latest patch update_virtualdj_djc_v3.4.exe.
You don't need to download anything else now.

- How it happened:
I had downloaded it on a computer that I have since traded in for a better one.

I've got a problem with starting up my virtual dj. I've installed Virtual DJ (DJConsole) and everything was fine, but afterwards I had a bug and I did systemrepair. Because I did this I must installed virtual dj again. The problem is when I start virtual dj, he ask me for downloading the new version(virtualdj 3.3) and when I click yes he give error 4. And he said that:

You have already downloaded the latest patch update_virtualdj_djc_v3.4.exe.
You don't need to download anything else now.

I ask on the site and he gives me:

I have a protection error when I launch the software.
Please write to us including your serial number, the exact error message, and how it happened.

What must I do?
