Please report here the NAME of the pluggins that you personaly tested and won't work with VDJ. If possible, write in 2 or 3 lines what appeared, or a description of the error.

Fruity loops 4.52:
Incompatiable plugin.
I was hoping that fruityloops would sinc to the tempo of VJ so that patterns could be looped over VJ.
Reaktor FX:
Works fine accept that if a new effect/snapshot is loaded in Reaktor then I have to turn off effect and then turn it back on in VJ to activate the change.
Vokator:
same as above
Intakt:
crashes VJ when activated, doesnt sinc with tempo
Kontakt:
Same as Intakt

Would be better if VJ was a VST plugin that could be opened from cubase or Fruityloops.
Audio being sent to VJ FX channel would be visualised in visualisation window as an extra to the two decks. (must be minimum audio and graphic latency).
All three tracks (two decks and visulisation would be seperate outputs that could be mixed with each other in any combination)

Please note that some of the "bad" plugins
are not really bad, because they are not vst plugins (effects)
but vst instruments, this is another type of plugs
mainly for production, virtual instruments, samplers ect
I own and use many of them in my studio with cubase sx2
(like Kontakt and intakt for example)
If you own Kontakt wich is the best sampler made ever
you really know that it is a sampler,
if you know what i mean...
But beware they have the same extension .dll
So you have to know what is what ...

Very true apopsis....
Simple VST plugins work like a charm, even more complexe too...
But when looking for VST or even DirectX plugins that will work, look for plugins that say they will process real-time audio stream (like flanger, echo etc etc).
Plugins that clearly are made for music production will of course not work often, and by far I don't see most VSTi work (VST instruments...)
And the most complexe VST's - like Fruity loops, AutoTune etc are really whole programs and far to complexe to use as a plugin.
So - small real-time processing plugins are bound to work best :)

Tried a few samplers.... VST samplers that is...

I just tried "Chainer" which allows to use multiple VST plugins at the same time but it freezed VDJ each time I tried.
Shame situation.
Maybe someone else could make it work.
