Hello, I am using my 4.1 sound card to run my speakers and my headphones. Everything is working great, but the bass in my headphones is too low. How can I adjust this in the Virtual DJ program? Thanks.

You can incrise EQ button in skin. But headphones never have good bass sound :)

Yes, but when I do, I have to reduce bass again once I crossfade to that track. Is there a way to permanently increase the bass level in headphone only?

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD-25, they're great headphones and get all the frequencies spot on, they're so comfortable you'll forget you're wearing them. They've come down in price quite a bit now but still pricey :-(

yes, expensive headphones can bring out almos all frequences. but really expensive.

The signal must be too low if youre plugged right into the 'rear speakers' jack.
These outputs are designed to drive an amplifier, not directly a speaker even if it's small... You should insert a headphone amplifier between your soundcard and your headset.
There is some interesting models from various brands, check this out :
A pretty cheap model

ok about headphones... big speakers in headphones can bring out more bass. So.. go for biiiiiiiig ones with subwoofer :D And you can buy headphone stand too, because you won't be able to carry it on your head without pain in your neck ;)
