hey guys,
i bought a mixer for VDJ, plugged it in and got it working - plays through the speakers perfectly.
BUT when i record things then listen back to it, even when the crossfader is all the way across to one channel, you can still hear the other channel playing.
anyone know what is up with that?
thanks,
DJ Turbo

how do you record?
From the booth-out from your mixer? Inside VDJ ?
You probably have some wrong setup/setting :)

make sure to send your mixer out to your speakers as well as your soundcard's line in. in the VDJ settings make sure you configure the recording to record from your soundcard's line in.

your recording from the master sound and not the line in in the recording options. The sound has to come from rec/booth out of your mixer and back into the pc via the line in.
line out (soundcard)----->mixer------->line in (soundcard)
line out (soundcard)----->mixer------->line in (soundcard)
