i just got a reply back from the support team.. and when i click on the link.. i get an error

- - - the support team had asked me to reinstall my sound card. which i've done. anyhow, just wondering if there's another way to see there reply.. ( perhaps in this post ? )

it seems there's a problem with link, perhaps is broken temporarily, I got the same message.
