Now that V4 is released, and I've had some time to play with it, I need to update my skin to work with all the new features and such.
One thing in particular that has changed is the way you use the text overlay feature... I use that a lot, and want to be able to get at the text entry dialogue quickly. Is there any way to create a button or shortcut that will go straight to the text-entry dialogue (i.e. the effects parameters for a particular effect?) That would be handy... similar to the old way of having a dialogue pop up, but much cleaner.
If not this, perhaps I could make the text button turn that specific effect on and off. I experimented with this, but it didn't seem to work. I'm sure you can do this with audio effects, but can you not trigger a specific video effect (as opposed to the one that is currently selected)?
