hi, i am considering using a pay per play LEGAL Download site for the bulk of my music now on...
1. Can VDJ play DRM protected files??
2. Can anyone suggest a good site for LEAGAL mp3s (not itunes)???
-i was looking for something where u pay a certain amnt per month but u can download an unlimited number of files....any suggestions>????

sorry, forgot to mention i was refering to the HOME EDITION that is bundled w. the Mk2 and V. 3.4/4 if i decide to buy it!!

Version 4 can play any wma protected content ie napster yahoo music walmart.com. Sounds like in this case Napster would be your best be 10/ month unlimited downloads. Plus in the latest pro version you can search napster right inside vdj.

Home edition is a stripped down version of version 3.x as far as I'm aware, so I would imagine it would play Napster DRM files... if it's any consolation, as a Hercules owner you can upgrade to the pro version at a discounted rate.
