Hi,

What are the support hours over there for trouble tickets?

VDJ gets a protection error and i cant get in after downgrading from 4.0 to 3.2 and upgradeing to 3.3...


Are they closed for the weekend? Need this for tonite and this weekend!

Let's do it simple: uninstal VDJ, clean the registry where VDJ leave some info and then install it again. is should work. Otherwise there is e-service.
 
yeah tried to uninstall. delete any found registry keys. and then installed 3x..

No good this way, but thanks.. unless there is a uninstall cleaner??
