On the 29th of august I payed 170 euro to SWREG INC (**) but untill now swreg nor paypal sent me any message or licence. And also they did not reply on my email if the transaction reached them.

I understand that wire transactions can take some time but 3 weeks without any response seems a bit long ...

Perhaps somebody of virtual dj can look into this transaction ?

As I recall, when I made the payment via bank transaction, it took at least 3 weeks to process, so nothing to worry about. :)

If you will get worried, contact VDj staff via e-service, but they will probably send you a purchase conformation mail soon.

Thanks for the tip, the contact page worked, I did it monday and saw now that they are investigating the payment ...

Let's hope that that won't take much more weeks ...

WAITING ALREADY FOR 5 WEEKS

SAD ...

I thought that virtual DJ had a reasonable customer support but it looks as if they forget customers who pay through SWREG .

After 4 weeks waiting I decided to contact the virtual DJ customer support when I could expect my licence but I have waited now for 7 days for an answer but saw only that my message was read by Virtual DJ staff and assigned to an analyst.

WHY $#@$#@@#$ CAN'T THEY JUST EMAIL ME WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND SAY WHAT'S GOING ON ??

Sorry to see your going through this, I'm sure it will be fixed though, has the money been taken already?

Yes the money has been taken the 28th of august and I'm getting now really $##@$$#@ fed up with the $#@$#$ slow response of the virtual dj support .

I do have proof of the bank of the transfer etc etc but somehow the only answer I got was that they can't find me in the %$$#@ system .

I there's anybody out there who also has problems with payment's done to SWREG join this thread.

I'm getting fed up with this, I think I start writing about this on my blog .

I faxed today a fax to SWReg with a copy of the banktransfer of 170 euro that was done on the 29th august to them.

I hope they will act fast so I will get the VDJ licence before Christmas .

I hope it will be solved soon, there can happen error time-to-time....
Mine reg. was almost immediate.... (1 hour)


But it was thru amex card.
