Ok here are the optimal settings for smartripper. Once you get the program you will know what these mean.

Under the movie tab in settings

Key Check - Don't Decrpyt
File Splitting - Every Chapter
Options - Check marks only for Unlock Drive, Demacrovison, Copy IFO file, and fast error skip
VOB file access - ASPI
Max file size - 4,000

Thanks a bunch. Smart ripper is great! i used those settings you suggested and it is fabulous. Now, what program can I use to merge the intros and actual song tracks to make the two chapters one individual chapter? For example, if one video spans chapter 1 and 2, what can I use to merge them?
 
I just skip the intros, but I have seen here that there is a solution to that I just don't remember where. Mostly the intros are crap and I don't use them.
 
 
 
yea, usually the intros are garbage. I think that language is slavic, russian maybe, or ukrainian? or I have no idea. this is a fun game! who can guess this misterious language?
