I am using a IBM T30 p3 2 gig 768 ram 160 gig drive Maya 44 usb sound card and for my monitoring I use the internal sound card on the laptop.
I upgraded finally to 4. whaterver downloaded. the maya 44 sound is perfect but the monitoring sound is all choppy like it clicks and pauses through the internal sound card not the maya. . I also do have pcdj red this does not have this problem. when i was using the old version of VDJ i did not have this problem. what can i try to fix this makes it a pain to beat mix.

Woops the processor is a Pentium 4 2 gig.

Hello, that was the 1st thing i did and it did not make a difference.
it is only on the cue but it makes it hard to mix. I do not have this issue with pcdj or the old version of vdj.
