Hi I have just received the ion usb mixer for christmas, in the package you get virtual dj software.However everytime I try to start the software I get the message 'the conroller has not been detected, please plug the controller and start virtual dj again. Im using a Toshiba laptop. I've re-installing the software but get the same message. Please help.... all I want to do is mix! Many thanks.

have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the controler?

I had the same problem just earlier today actually, and I found what was wrong. I diddnt have both USB plugs in. I am assuming you only have one USB cord plugged in, and thats why you are recieving that message.
