Can someone tell me why VDJ can (on my notebook) read this sample in the decks but not with the integrated sampler ?

I am having the same problem. Are you saying that the issue is a corrupt file? -meanig that if I remaster or redownload it should fix it?

Yes it seems that the mp3 conversion is the problem.
However it's strange that it could be read in the decks and not in the sampler.

I have the problem as well. Are you saying that if you try to load xfile.mp3 into the sampler it won't play, but plays fine on the decks, or are you saying that none of your samples work in the sampler. My issue is the later I can play the default samples in the sampler, but when I try to put a MP3 in the sampler it won't work. I believe it worked in 4.1.

For me, certain samples will not load into the sampler, but will load into the deck. A corrupt file is consistant with how my machine is acting...
