just thought it was amazing that Dj Tiesto peformed a live 90 min set at the Olypmic Opening Ceremony ...

"it a small step for dj tiesto, and a huge step for dj-kind" ... lol

No DJ has ever performed at the Olympic Games.

Man - that gotta be the biggest live dj gig ever ;) Imagine playing for all those nations, all those people there at the Olympic Stadion - and for billions of tv-viewers people around the world...

now, who said anything about dj nerves before a club gig? loool ;)

No actually he phoned me up the night before to ask what songs he should play so i emailed him a playlist :P
 
He did have a computer monitor there, but I couldn't see though if he had vdj on, or was just checking his e-mail...
 
he's getting interested in computer dj-ing ... saw an interview w/ him...

hopefully VDJ will be he's choice ;) maybe the VDJ TEAM should send him a free complementary VDJ software + timecode to him, just to see if he likes it ;)
 
Lodewijk, he was talking to me on msn while he was mixing just incase i decided to change the playlist, he also had his webcam on :)

They can get Tiësto's e-mail from dj walkers I believe... ;)

athens 2004 proposed me to play in the opening but i was very bussy so i phoned him if he can replace me.He was nervous but eventually he accepted:)
 
I found it very good that Tiesto performed in Athens, I wasn't actually looking that event, but my Mom came to my room and said there was a Dj on Tv, some sort of a well known Dj??

But actually you didn't hear his music very well. . . every tv channel had a non-stop commentary about all those countries. . .

Well, did you see Luxembourg's Team? no, ok. . .
 
I aswell didnt see the event i didnt even know Tiesto was playing!
