Shouldnt this program allow u to find and download audio effects with no problem. to be honest most the audio effects i've heard are just ridiculous who in their right would use those effects. "Push Push Push" "This This This" "Pump It Up" "Siren". THERE SHOULD BE ONE AUDIO EFFECT AND THATS THE ONE THEY USE ON THE RADIO AND CLUBS AND THATS THE HORN. Most of the horns sound cheesy and are horns from trucks or a car. virtual dj needs to fix this problem.

Theres a difference between audio effects and audio sampling. What you are referring to is the samples in vdj. You can change/customise this to whatever you like. Most people change them to whatever they want so this isnt a problem related to vdj.
Try finding a sample on the net to download and replace the samples with the ones you like. You may edit/extract the audio samples in wave editing programs like mixmeister

It's not hard to create your own sample anyway.

will agree the default effects are cheesy... although anyone whos been around the block since the late 80s or early 90s will appreciate the siren once in a while... the rest i wouldnt dare use to save my life.
but it sounds like a 'serato is a turntable simulator, not a dj software' argument which is pretty lacklustre. they are both dj tools, full stop. whether you use samples or effects is up to how you style yourself. serato just happens to be extremely far behind the technology since vdj does exactly the same thing and more. they both even handle itune libraries horribly ;-)
