Well 2 questions......
1st is when i plug in my laptop power supplie i get a dodgey sound come out when i play my tuntables normally. If i remove the power supplie i get no problems. Exact same thing happens on another laptop aswell.
Then 2nd is when I set 'auto match gain' It works 2 or 3 times then it just decides it does not want to work! And shoots the DB either up or down to what the file wants to play at.

As far as the gain.. Try config>option>gain> match > / eq reset on load
