Topic: CDJ-400 Review in iDJ

Questo argomento è obsoleto e potrebbe contenere informazioni obsolete o errate.

I just picked up Januarys edition of iDJ magazine, and was happy to see another rave review of the new Pioneer CDJ-400.

Here's the verdict:

" The Pioneer CDJ-400 breaks new ground again. For under £450 you get a lot of features that you previously had to pay a lot more for.
Some of the new features on the CDJ-400 have been on competitors' machines, but to be frank the CDJ-400 does them better.
(EDIT IN: obviously a reference to iCDX, and I completely agree from my observations of both machines).

Most importantly, the CDJ-400 is intuitive and easy to use, and that's a massive plus for any DJ.
If you're thinking of buying a new CD player or even thinking of changing to the digital DJ domain you have to check out Pioneers latest offering - its feature set and ease of use make it fantastic value for money. "

" 5/5 "

So another great review, and clearly now the best CD deck inside this price range, although if you consider scratching a must and don't care for USB connectivity, Midi, soundcard outputs and a few nice effects, the CDJ-800 will not cost you much more (around an extra £65).

But finally a product that can control VDJ directly, which wont break the bank and neither will it change the image of the digital DJ (for the worst).

This is the product that I've been waiting for (for years), I just can't wait for it to arrive.

Here it is (if you haven't already seen it)
