Last night my software would not load the song on my second deck the first one worked fine. Tried dirrerent song but not would work it would not even give me an error message. Turned it off and on and it worked fine. What was the problem. It had been on for about 4hours.

Another problem was that my 1st deck the volume was alot lower than the second deck. I had to turn the 1st deck all the way up and the second about halfways so they would sound at about the same level???????

I am not runnning the best dell laptop but i had never had either one of these issues before. I have used it at least 8 times already.

As for the sound being lower on one player. Is it possible the crossfader (on the software), was not in the middle?
 
What is your system spec , what os do you use ? and are you using console edition?

Sorry, did not notice you were using a Hercules.
 

How are you connecting your Hercules? Straight to an Amp?, computer speakers? using an external mixer? (and not the onboard mixer for transitions).

This sounds like a problem with using multiple outputs and not optimising the settings for such, causing an inbalance in volume between each channel, I had the same problem before.
