Have never tried the others. It has never been broken, so no need to fix it to a new version.

Not much I think, since it is just an output device. But, I still use the ASIO drivers.

If you are using Vista, you only have one choice, the latest. I still have not got it to work without the pops in Vista. With or without ASIO.
