It cant yet.. but maybe soon.
VDJ needs to add ReWire for that to work

I used to believe Rewire is what VDJ needs but it clearly needs more direct way of interfacing so you get the tracks passed to Ableton as original without modification and then have the things you do in VDJ passed in as automation data. Another cool feature would be to do some mixing, then go back to a previous point in the mix and re-do that part inside VDJ but if you could atleast do that in Ableton that'd be good enough.

If rewire is implemented, i think operating it on a single low end computer can't adapt well. Need to use 2 computer running sync.

I wanted to make such a plugin as a Master Effect (ReWire in client mode), but the SDK is only available for registered companies, not for individuals, and it can either be accepted/rejected by the team, so that's not so simple for a third-party user to make a ReWire plugin.
