I was wondering if there was a way to put my company logo on VDJ so that it shows on the video screen while playing videos?

Yes you can disable the VDJ logo , in Config > Video
and then you need to use the Show Logo Plug in which will allow your logo to be displayed on the video you can use transparency as well if your logo has a white background and you enable the transparency mode only your actual logo will show like on MTV.

SHOWLOGO is great i use it all the time.
My favorite thing to do with it is to make the my logo transparent and overlay on the videos.
this kinda makes my logo look like a watermark.

By the way, I think that placing your logo on the screen (e.g., top left corner) while a video is playing is called a "Bug" in video editing lingo.
