Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to resolve it?
AutoHeadphones: Always
Crossfade: Smooth
Soundcard: Hercules MK2 (in both VDJ and Windows)
VDJ version: 5.0.7 Professional
Skin: same problem regardless which skin I use

Change the Soundcard Output setting drop-down to 4.1 Soundcard. Do not use the Mk2 icon option.
