Hello everyone.
When i am working with my dj console, sometimes i get a fatal error.
The message says virtual dj has a fatal error accured, then i have the option to recover or close it.
The recovery button doenst work. So i have to close it...
I am using soundcard Hercules muse pocket LT.
For the main sound and headphones sound (rear audio and front audio).
My laptop specs:
Acer Aspire 7720Z-2A2G16Mi
Windows xp pro
Intel Mobile T2330
17"TFT WXGA + Crystalbrite
2048 MB DDR2 Geheugen
160 GB Harde Schijf
Dvd Rewriter
6-cell LiIon
56kModem
The latest new drivers for hercules and the djconsole are installed...
I really dont know what to do anymore.
Please can someone help me, i have to play at a party saterday.

Version 4.3 ? Only version 3.4 or 3.4.1 is available for the Hercules unless you purchase VirtualDJ Pro.

Unfortunately, VirtualDJ v4.3 is a very old and out-of-date version of the software and is no-longer debugged. We are now on v7.4 and there have been many changes, bug fixes and improvements to the software since then (See http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ_History.html )
If the problem persists, then we would recommend upgrading so that you can take advantage of all the new features in the software.
Your VirtualDJ Console Edition should be entitled to a discount, providing that it isn't second hand and/or has not already been used.
