Why won't smashvidz, exclusive grooves and my12inch post listings of their available video catalog like all the "legit" serviices like Promo Only, Jones, Rock America, etc.................what are you guys trying to hide? You would probably get more subscribers if we knew what we were getting into before we forked over our hard earned cash. I know I tried my12inch and exclusive grooves several months ago and their video selections were very minimal and irregularly and sparsley updated and certainly not worth their prices at the time; however, they say that has changed, but without seeing a catalog we have no way to verify it. I have asked this question to them privatley several times through the contact address on their sites, but as is typical today with a lot of companies I never recieved a response.....this in and of itself further leads me to believe they haven't improved, otherwise you think they would RUSH an email back to me to try to get me back as a subscriber and avoid bad publicity like this!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
send smashvidz a post and see what happens......if u have already sent them a post and no answer... then only they can answer that for you..mon
 
I have sent all three several messages with no response, I was hoping maybe someone from each service would be kind enough to reply here in public rather than keeping quiet and continue to let people assume the reason they don't respond is because they know their selection is still weak....if it has changed and there is good selection and good service now this would be a very public way to defend your company and let everyone know how great the service has become. I'm not asking for the world here, just a listing of what videos you have available. They have listings of the audios, why not the videos?
 
MY APOLOGIES TO My12INCH.com..............they now have a listing of both audio and videos available. Click on main menu "Record Pool" and then "What you get"......way to go guys!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I have previously requested a demo from smashvidz, and I thought they were VERY responsive. In fact, I told them the day and hour I was available, and had no trouble logging in and checking out the server. THeir mixes are actually very good, and are very useful. They have these 'extends' and they are pretty much like 16 beat extended remixs versions of the song, and makes the mixing easy for on the fly mixing. You should give them a chance dude, they are legit...

ps, i still get emails from them when they add new videos, so I know right away whats new from them...

I call bullshit. SV answers all e-mails. 99.9% of the e-mails within 24hours. There isn't one person that can say other wise. If you want more info about the pool theres directions on the site on how to do so. They're not in sales so your not going to see much marketing. Also they're about quality, not quanity. Even if the quanity is regarding members. QUALITY service baby.

I have sent emails to smashvids on two seperate occassions in the past 90 days, one from the "Contact" section on their site and one from an email address given to me by a former member. I also sent them an email on Saturday (which I don't expect a response from yet being the weekend and all)......however, Funkturnal, until you can show me the responses they sent to the first two emails please don't call it bullshit when you don't know the facts..............I am not saying the vids are not quality (I know one of the former members who has done some of their remixes and he is VERY good and cared deeply about quality), They keep saying they have quality vids, I'm just asking to put your money where your mouth is and show me what I'm buying before I commit limited resources to it. I'm not asking to audit their books, just post a history of what is available so I may make my own educated comparisons with the other services. I don't think that is an unreasonable request especially since the other more established services have been doing it for years.......accurate and easily accessible information is the best defense against conjecture, misinformation and rumor!
 
pm me your e-mail address & I will have them check the history. Maybe your not getting a answer because your putting "smashvids" instead of "smashvidz".

It's OK, I have my helmet on with a name tag, just in case I fall, or get lost when they drop me off in front of my house.

I guess I'm not welcome even on the short yellow bus.........Funkturnal I sent you a PM on 3/17/08 as you requested on this site and have heard nothing from Smashvidz or you publicly or privately since...........I guess I just need to except the fact I will always be the .1% that doesn't get emails returned, that's okay in Vegas they say the slots payout over 97% of the time, I always seem to be in the 3% so I am used to it.....and I will need to start holding my breathe for Venue VJ's start up!

i personally spoke to you on the phone & you demoed the site with your slow connection yesterday. What exactly are u trying to prove? Sorry m8 you will not find one other person that has a problem with our service. We might not fit everyones needs but for what we do its right on.

For the public. There was only one e-mail from Electric which was responded to. Don't know what else I can help u with. U can wait for Venue, or u can stick with Exclusive where they give u pure recurrents. But don't think we're going to bend over backwards for u. Anyone for that matter. We provide a top notch service to all our members. here here to all our members. peace.
