What are the advantages of Sync on Play?
What do you guys are using?

Sync is a button I use all the time...

it will start a song on sync with the other song (u might have to press twice)

this will play 2 songs on beat to eachother (giving that bpm and cbg values are correct)
 
sync doesnt work half the time... i find it easier to just nudge it manually
 
goatus you maybe have a virtualdj version problem.

Or you are mixing HipHop which is harder than electro to sync.
 
I find the synch button very unrelaible. It doesnt synch it. It just starts wherever i click it and no adjustment is made. I prefer the play button.
 
The synch button is much better than beatlock and it works !!
Th synch uses the beats whereas beatlock uses cbg

Sync doesn't do the work, it merely plays the song from it's current position upon pressing it, what it does do though is "play" on the beat closest to where you hit on, where with play you can miss the beat, especially with the hercules console...

Sync is an "auto" function whereas "play" is a manual function, with play you usually need to nudge to sync (manually)..

I hope that clears up the confusion amoung some here.
