Topic: need desperate video set up help

am in the process of setting a sound system and video system at a lounge i"ll b working at, the problem is how do i go from my cp to 5 tvs
i have a gforce 7800 gt with 2 divi and 1 svideo .. are the tvs going to work if i use a svideo distribiution amplifier?? is it going to look alright?? any advice will b greatly appreciated..

S-Video is not the highest quality signal to start with but it's much cheaper than a dvi solution. If you are using good quality videos it will look fine. Oh, and you are going to need a lot of S-Video cable. Hope that helps.
 
I use the distribution amp from the shack. I feed a signal to my 42" monitor on stage at my club gig, and feed a signal to the house system.

The house system is "uber complex". Multiple monitors in the club run off there own distribution system, using modulators. Modulators take a video input signal and redistribute it on an assigned channel. Tune to Channel 77 in the club and you get the stage feed on the selected monitors. Audio is handled seperately.

Point being ... for 5 sets you will need to use a bigger distribution amp ... these are commercial units and cost a lot. If you could split the signal coming from the distribution amp using a 2 line output video splitter you'd have 5 feeds. With two being shared those two may have a weeker image or distored images.
